He was enterprising and saw the scope and potential in the cashew nuts processing industry. He was, even at that young age very clear about one thing, that he would strive to be the best in quality, size, productivity and reach in the entire region. Chairman's Message

It is my belief that what goes around comes around. My father used to always say that you can only be happy, if the society in which you live is happy. Therefore, I was determined to not just take up any government job but to be able to generate employment and livelihood for the people of this region, especially the women, who are in most of the cases the breadwinners for their families. I realised that cashew nut processing ideally suited their needs and my objectives. It gives me immense pride to say that over eighty five percent of the people working with us are women. They are dedicated, hardworking and sincere. RIEPL appreciates and recognises their contribution. We have just begun our journey. We have set our eyes on ambitious goals. We have a strong team in place. Quality has been our keyword. As a part of scaling up, improved infrastructure, facilities and marketing strategies are in place. I am confident that success is just round the corner.
